1. Returns and Refunds Policy

Please be notify us of any discrepancies within 3 days from the date of received, otherwise no claimed will be entertained.

Any deposit made cannot be refund. It will be carry forward for the next order.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

·         Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

·         Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

·         Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

GOOD SOLD IS NOT RETURNABLE, REFUNDABLE & EXCHANGEABLE.

2. Shipping Policy

3 - 5 working days

Peninsular Malaysia – RM 8.50

Sabah & Sarawak – RM 15.00

Orders only ship on business days, which are Sunday – Friday

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes

Expedited orders require a street address

Not all shipping methods are available to all addresses

Note that shipping does not happen on weekends

3. Payment Policy

Only note that we only receive payment via Online Bank Transfer. You should show us the transaction receipt of payment that has been made and we will verify the transaction. When the sale is said to be complete, your products will be shipped.
